Satisfaction Policy



At Flyerstarter we are committed to making every visitor get the most out of the service we provide. To this end, our number one goal is to keep you, as a participant on this site, satisfied.

We try to present all possible information about the flyers we sell clearly on the product pages. Graphic design can be complicated and details-intensive, so if you've made a mistake or misunderstood something in your purchase we'll try to remedy it.

Due to the intellectual property nature of digital art, we can't be as generous as some companies can be with returns & refunds; you can't pack the flyer you've downloaded into a box and mail it back to us. That being said, you seem like a trustworthy type, so we will give you the benefit of the doubt.

We call this our 'Satisfaction Policy' rather than a 'Returns & Refunds Policy' because we do want you to come away with something more than your money back and some time spent on nothing. Wherever possible, we will look for a simple way to get you what you came for.

A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:
  • Downloads not received due to an error on Flyerstarter's part
  • Quality of file lower than stated on product page

Artist authorized refund:

  • The refund availability criteria may vary by creator of the flyer (Artist)
  • To request a refund please use the steps below:

    1) Submit a Help Center request for a refund

    2) Our staff will review the request and (if relevant) notify the creator of the flyer (Artist), and take appropriate actions if they choose to authorize a refund
We apologize that Flyerstarter cannot offer refunds for:
  • Flyers purchased for the wrong platform or graphics program
  • Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason
